Building a brand new information system is a challenging and difficult job. There are multiple evaluation criteria to be considered while conducting the solution selections. It is important for long term success that choosing a suitable system as well as a sophisticated vendor. The aim of this research attempts to build up an information system and vendor selection model with a case study of private wealth management system selection. By means of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology, the decision hierarchy will be listed then followed by pairwise comparison to establish priorities. Result of this study explained the importance of attributes to the private wealth management system. Furthermore, it is essential to get all stakeholders’ consensus before the final decision made based on the project management experiences. This research also identified some opportunities for future researches.
