利用碘化銅及雙胺配基催化醯亞胺與芳香基鹵化物之碳-氮鍵偶合反應

摘要


本論文研究具有螯合效應之雙胺分子N,N'-Dimethylcyclohexane-1,2-diamine作為配基,在催化量的碘化銅及140 ℃的反應條件下,成功的將醯亞胺與具有不同官能基的芳香基鹵化物進行偶合反應。除此之外,藉由本系統的反應條件將醯亞胺跟二或三溴苯進行偶合反應時,我們可以快速得到高產率且同時具鹵素的單取代化合物。藉由發展此系統我們可以將其應用到更多的合成反應之上。

N-aryl imides can be synthesized with catalytic amount of copper (I) iodide, potassium phosphate, and N,N'-dimethylcyclohexane-1,2-diamine as a ligand at 140 oC under neat condition. By this method, phthalimide can be coupled with various aryl halides in good yields, and we can obtain mono substitution products as coupling with aryl dibromides or aryl tribromides. A general method for mild, rapid, efficient C-N bound coupling reaction was established from this research.
