考慮使用者注意模式之平滑照片播放

摘要


我們考慮人類的注意力模式,提出一個新的投影片架構:利用照片中共有的物件做轉場特效。相片中共有的物件一再出現,在時間與空間上皆會成為使用者感興趣之區域。我們藉由平滑地連接這些共有的物件,達到吸引使用者注意力及強調物件之效果。本篇論文中,我們使用最佳化演算法,讓投影秀播放時,可以強調出圖片中共有的物件,並且轉場流暢、提供最多資訊量。利用我們的系統,使用者也可以自由決定照片的播放長度、位置、轉場平滑程度等等。由於最佳化演算法的普遍性,我們的系統也可以自由模擬出其他多種投影秀特效。

People take many photos easily now. It is very common to use slideshow to view a series of images. The purpose of this study is to design a new slideshow effect, which considers viewer attention. It transfers images smoothly for comfortable viewing. The proposed slideshow system utilizes repetitive appeared objects in an image set. It strengthens the concept of temporal Region of Interest. It can emphasize repetitive appeared objects by creating a smooth path among them. The method we use is based on energy minimization, which is very flexible and widely-used. We can simulate many other slideshow effects with parameter tuning and slight energy term modification.
