線性化調光之相位控制式調光電子安定器

摘要


調光控制對於電子式安定器來說是一個重要的考量。在安定器的調光特性中,線性化是所需的控制特性。 本論文最終的成果,是驗證利用國際半導體公司所生產的IR21593 Control IC製作出從1W 到36W的線性化調光電子式安定器。 在論文中,一開始針對傳統式螢光燈的調光技術做簡略的介紹,接著論述IR21593 IC 所應用的調光特性,推導用在此安定器IC 的設計方程式以及建立電路的架構,實作的結果驗證線性化調光的能力。

Light level dimming is an important consideration in an electronic fluorescent ballast circuit. Among the dimming characteristics of a ballast circuit, linearity is a desirable control feature. In the effort leading to this thesis, a ballast circuit with linear dimming ranging from 1 watt to 36 watts was demonstrated using International Rectifier’s IR21593 control IC. In the thesis, a brief review was given for traditional fluorescent light dimming techniques. IR21593’s features were described next. Equations for designing the ballast using this IC were developed and a prototype was constructed. Experimental results validated the claim of linearity of the dimming capability.
