真圓度量測三點法最佳安裝角度之研究

摘要


在工具機上對工件進行真圓度檢測時,感測器所測量到的結果包含主軸旋轉之徑向誤差和被測截面的圓度誤差,利用三點法可以分離這兩個誤差而得到被測工件之真圓度。然而實際使用三點法於真圓度測量中,因安裝上的誤差,使得圓度誤差測量結果失真。本文以三點法的理論為基礎,討論感測器安裝角度誤差對量測結果的影響,並利用最佳化的方法找出一組佳角度,使安裝角度誤差對量測結果的影響較小。最後介由模擬與實驗驗證誤差分析與最佳化的結果。

While measuring the roundness of a work piece on a machine tool, the signal of a sensor includes the error of rotation axis and roundness error of work piece. By using the three-point method, one can separates the two kinds of error to get the roundness error of work piece. But in reality, there might be many errors of installation that would reduce the accuracy of the measurement. In this study, based on the theorem of three-points method measurement, we analyze the measuring error caused by errors of setting angle of the sensors. Then by using the optimum design method, we could find a set of setting angles of the sensors that would reduce the influence of the error of setting angles on measuring result. Numerical simulations as well as experiment are performed to validate the methodology.
