利用Arena模擬探討營造廠於高科技廠房施工模式—以下部結構工程為例

摘要


近年來高科技廠房專案日益漸增,然而營建工程於高科技廠房具工期短、介面複雜之特性,加上工人短缺一直是專案延遲的原因之一,造成施工管理上的困難。專案里程碑中,以下部結構工程之施工天數最為重要,對於後續工項具有極之大影響。發包過程中,一座高科技廠房由原先一家營造廠獨自承攬逐漸轉為兩家共同承攬,又因承攬範圍不同,進而發展出不同的施工模式。由於高科技廠房規模大,營造廠需將其承攬範圍劃分數個分區並進行期程規劃,然而分區預估天數尚未考量因子如面積、工人每日工率、工人每日數量等,為了幫助營造廠在分區管理時程,本研究透過專家訪談、每日施工數據以及施工邏輯,針對單一個案進行探討,此單一個案為兩家營造廠共同承攬一座高科技廠房,依照下部結構工程三個階段性里程碑(基礎版、場鑄構件以及預鑄構件開始與結束),提出不同施工天數預估之方法,並運用Arena模擬軟體興建模型。利用營造廠蒐集數據,模擬各分區預估天數,最後提供營造廠日後蒐集數據之建議。

In recent years, the projects related to high-tech factory become popular. However, short duration and complicated interfaces are the characteristics of civil engineering in the projects. In addition, a shortage of skilled workers has been one of the factors for delayed projects and it causes difficulty on management. To solve this problem, the owner added the number of cast-in-place contractors. Moreover, this mode develops two different cases due to different scope for each contractor. For milestones in semi-conductor projects, substructure construction has influence on duration because of the first activity. This research collected daily field data and concluded construction logics by daily schedule report and expert interviews. Besides, a case study of high-tech factory is discussed. The study provided different methods to estimate duration for three stages: foundation, cast-in-place components and precast components. Then, the model is established by using Arena Simulation. Finally, feasible plan is provided to shorten duration in the case.
