此論文架構主要是透過企管顧問的角度來看企業經營績效的改善。除了介紹一般顧問常用的方法論外,並透過不同產業、規模大小的個案來探討企業績效的改善。 顧問以管理控制系統的概念協助企業診斷或建制/執行之,個案研討分述如下: 1. 製造生產力的診斷 2. 研發管理系統的建制與執行 3. 設計變更管理系統的建制與執行 4. 業務管理系統的建制與執行 對於一家公司來說最糟的情況,就是經營得很成功,卻不注意問題所在,因為成功的光芒會將問題遮蔽。一旦功成名就,好運紛紛降臨的時候,一些開始浮現的小問題就會被忽略。經營績效改善管理顧問的信念是趁早把這些問題解決掉。著眼於協助客戶架構企業的經營管理平台。 最後結論之處,學生以程序控制理論來描述企業與企管顧問之互動關係,並建議後續的研究方向
This thesis focues on business performance improvement from BPI consultant’s point of views We not only introduce consultant’s methodology, but also discuss business performance improvement through case studies. BPI consultants support enterprise to diagnosis/design/install business performance improvement by using management control system concept. Case studies are as follows: 1. Productivity Diagnosis and Analysis 2. Build up R&D management control system 3. Build up ECR/ECN management control system 4. Build up Sales management control system The worst thing that happens to companies is that they are successful but don’t pay attention to the problems, because a success disguises the problems. A successful company gets all the attention and, the fame, but if don’t pay attention to little problems that start to grow, you will face demise. And so BPI consultant’s belief is, fix the problems while you can. BPI consultants support customers to build up management platform. Finally, this study uses the theory of process control to describe the relationship between enterprise and BPI consultant and give some suggestion for future survey.
