Development of SDK for Stitching Multiple Multi-touch Displays

摘要


在本篇論文中,我們呈現一個軟體開發套件,它能夠幫助開發者實作提供拼接數個多點觸控裝置螢幕功能的應用程式,讓裝置之間有更緊密的互動。此軟體開發套件適用於不同的多點觸控裝置、解析度以及環境平臺,並且利用無線網路來同步這些裝置。我們提出關於拼接的需求並藉此建構出一個具有彈性的系統架構。我們介紹三種能夠運用此技術的情境,期望能夠被廣泛的應用在生活中帶來趣味與便利。最後,我們回到軟體開發套件,討論拼接後數個重疊物件的能見度議題。

In this thesis we present a software development kit (SDK) which helps developers easily create applications that feature screen sharing. There is closer interaction between these devices by using our SDK. Our SDK supports different multi-touch mobile devices, resolutions, and platforms. It synchronizes the devices via wireless network communication. We identify the requirements of stitching and describe our flexible system architecture. We introduce there scenarios using the technology to expect it is largely applied in our daily life to offers interest and convenience. Finally, we return to our SDK and discuss an issue that the visibility of multiple overlapped objects after stitching.
