本文旨在利用本研究建立之匹配方法,與建立之串聯式複合動力系統能耗模型、成本模型,結合應用三者,達成複合動力系統規格設計之目的。因此本研究先利用MapleSim建立串聯式複合動力系統能耗模型與成本模型,再結合本研究建立之匹配方法,以MapleSim為平台,將模型模擬計算的結果,進行權重計算與結果比較,以找出最佳規格組合。其中匹配方法根據使用需求的不同,包含兩種匹配方法,包括最低總成本匹配方法,與權重型匹配方法。利用本研究之匹配方法能有效的找出在一系列的規格組合內,最低總成本、最低能耗、最低系統成本,或是系統成本與能耗佔不同比例重要性的規格組合。此外,本研究之匹配方法可適用於不同形式的複合動力系統,並不只限於串聯式複合動力系統,具有廣泛應用的優點。
The goal of this research is sizing components of hybrid powertrain system by developing and applying matching methods, series HEV energy consuming model and cost model, where the software model is created in the MapleSim environment. The matching methods uses the simulation results of series HEV energy consuming model and cost model as a way to identify the best matching component combination by weighting and then comparing each other. The matching methods includes “the lowest total cost matching method” and “weighting matching method” based on different objectives. The conclusion shows that the matching methods can individually identify the best matching component combination with the lowest total cost, the best fuel economy, the lowest system cost, or system cost and fuel economy respectively accounting different importance. In addition, the matching methods are suitable for different hybrid configuration, not jusit in series HEV.
