摘要

目前我國公私立大學校院數為162所，學系數為4554所．大學校院、系所數量的激增，導致錄取率提升。相對來說，另一個大學入學管道轉學考的錄取率卻相對偏低。國內外的研究均顯示，大學校院轉學生的比例持續增加。在台灣，過去幾年來也顯示出轉學考有愈來愈難考的趨勢。大學轉學生除了面對不到百分之五的錄取率以外，並且還要面對適應新環境的挑戰。因此，本研究欲了解轉學生為何想要轉學、如何做成決定、以及轉學之後適應情形等表現。

At present, the total of colleges in Taiwan is 162, of departments, 4554. The rapid increase in colleges and departments results in a high acceptance rate. On the other hand, another way to enter colleges, the transfer examination, is famous for its low acceptance rate. According to surveys at home and abroad, there are more and more students taking transfer examinations. In the past few years, in Taiwan, it has been more and more difficult to pass the transfer examination. For students, not only do they have to meet the intense compete, but they also have to be prepared to face the challenge of adapting to new environment. Therefore, this survey aims to figure out why transfer students want to take transfer examinations, how they make the decision, and how they feel and behave after transferring.
