摘要

伴隨著全世界數位經濟的發展，智慧型手機和平板等行動裝置的普及率已經愈來愈高，也成為一般民眾每天生活的必需品。而智慧型手機及平板等智能裝置亦儼然成為生活的一部分。而隨著無線網路的的普及化，促使許多證卷營業商在推廣使用者用行動下單的過程中，皆以節省成本和手續費的的降低為前提，確保使用者能夠隨時隨地在營業時間內透過手機和平板下單。
然而，綜觀目前研究的文獻，關於使用者採用行動下單的研究大部分是股票，對於使用者採用行動下單在衍生性金融商品的研究較少。有鑑於此，本研究採用質性研究當中的深度訪談方式，來進行實證研究。本論文把訪談結果整理成結論，放在論文最後面。最後,本研究提供研究限制。

With the advancement of Digital Technology, the market share of smart phones and tablets are on the rise, and they become the necessity of people. With the popularity of wireless technology, more and more banks are promoting users to use mobile devices to buy financial products such as stocks, in order to cost down and cut down human costs. Moreover, using mobile devices can access the order easily without limitations.
Nevertheless, existing studies on users’ acceptance on mobile APPs focus on stocks. Less research focused on the derivative financial products such as futures-and options. Accordingly, this thesis adopts a qualitative perspective, which uses in-depth interview to conduct an empirical study. The results based on the interview analysis were put at the end of this thesis. At final, this research provides research limitations.
