隨著人類社會的持續進步與發展,物質生活的滿足、使的人們開始注意起其他的議題。而工業社會的技術發展,也使得人們取得物質的成本逐漸降低。因此有愈來愈多的消費者在資本主義的影響下開始購買商品,促使許多企業在生產產品的過程中,皆以降低成本和快速生產為前提,確保消費者能夠快速大量的購買到想要的傷品。 但是近年來,這樣的消費模式開始受到大眾的質疑。其實主要的根本是對於環境所造成的傷害。尤其當一些人開始重視人權之外,也開始重視對於動物權利的推廣,像是素食的規廣。有鑑於此,本研究論文就是以素食之推廣為研究。在實際調查部分,本研究選擇一家位於台北市的素食餐廳,研究消費者對於素食的接受程度。本研究採用質性研究的深度訪談,訪談結果整理於本研究結論當中。最後,本研究提供研究限制給予後續研究參考。
With the advancement of Human Society, it is easier to satisfy People’s need in materialism nowadays. People started to concern other issues. In a highly industrialized society with high-technology developments, the costs are down for obtaining items. Based on this reasoning, more and more consumers become over-consumption under the influence of Capitalism. Enterprises lowered their costs in order to mass and fast duct-ion, making sure that consumers can get what they want easily. However, within recent years, this mode of consumption pattern has been questioned by consumers, mainly because its damage to the environment. In particular, people are starting to focus on the promotion to human rights and animal rights. For example, like the promotion of vegan food. Thus, this thesis focused on the promotion of Vegan food. A restaurant was chosen in Taipai city, investigating consumers’s willing-ness to accept Vegan food. Interviews were conducted from the Qualitative Research Method and the research concluded with it. Last, this thesis provided research limitations for further research.
