本研究以中華郵政為研究對象,以瞭解產業間薪酬管理對於工作滿意度之影響為何。進而探討對員工工作滿意度之影響程度,並期望透過統計分析,進行研究分析,以提供中華郵政股份有限公司參考,做為公司治理之方針依據。本研究將採「統計分析」、「抽樣分析」、「問卷設計」」等方法,並說明研究調查之實施方式。進行資料蒐集、整理與分析,透過問卷之信度檢定。本研究依據背景變項對各關係構面的檢定結果,亦推論出,特別是年輕員工對薪資管理的想法更覺於年長員工多元。研究結果可提供中華郵政公司未來管理階層決策之參考依據,進而使中華郵政公司薪酬制度是否能讓新進人員知覺到滿意與合理,成為留住人才,減少流動率的關鍵因素之一。
This study takes Chunhua Post as the research object to understand the impact of inter-industry compensation management on job satisfaction. Then explore the impact on employee job satisfaction, and hope to conduct statistical analysis, research and analysis, to provide reference for Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd., as the basis for corporate governance. This study will use methods such as "statistical analysis", "sampling analysis" and "questionnaire design" to explain the implementation of the research survey. Data collection, collation and analysis were carried out, and the reliability of the questionnaire was verified. Based on the background variables, the results of the verification of each relationship's facet are also inferred. In particular, young employees' perceptions of salary management are more sensitive to the diversity of older employees. The research results can provide reference for the decision of the future management of Chunghwa Post, and whether the remuneration system of Chunghwa Post can make the newcomers feel satisfied and reasonable, and become one of the key factors to retain talents and reduce the turnover rate.
