本研究採質性研究法探討非專職諮商心理師生涯抉擇經驗歷程與影響因素,以及個人信念價值觀對生涯抉擇的影響,以立意抽樣邀請三位有非專職諮商心理師工作經驗的受訪者為研究對象,以半結構深度訪談法進行故事資料蒐集,並以「整體-內容」進行研究分析;研究發現如下: 一、內外因素對非專職諮商心理師生涯抉擇的影響 (一)在成為心理師之前:較多受到生涯抉擇的外部因素影響 (二)在成為心理師之後:較多受到生涯抉擇的內部因素影響 二、開發內在信念的力量,活出自己最想活出的樣子 三、生涯抉擇就是個人整體生命風格的延展 (一)非專職諮商心理師在生涯抉擇歷程的尋ME之旅 (二)非專職諮商心理師的生涯抉擇歷程是依循內在反思經驗 (三)非專職諮商心理師在生涯抉擇歷程的關鍵催化是行動力 最後依據上述研究發現,對未來相關研究以及想成為非專職諮商心理師的新手諮商心理師提出具體的建議。
This research uses qualitative research method to explore the career decision experience process and influencing factors of non-full-time counseling psychologists, as well as the influence of personal beliefs and values on career decision. Three interviewees with working experience as non-full-time counseling psychologists were invited by intentional sampling. The semi-structured interview method was used to collect the story data, and the "holistic-content" was used for research and analysis. The research findings are as follows: 1. The influence of internal and external factors on the career choice of non-full-time counseling psychologists. (1) Before becoming a psychologist: more influenced by external factors in career choices. (2) After becoming a psychologist: more influenced by the internal factors of career choice. 2. Develop the power of belief and live the way you most want to be. 3. Career choice is an extension of an individual’s life style. (1) The journey of non-full-time counseling psychologists to find themself in the career decision process. (2) The career decision process of non-full-time counseling psychologists is based on self-reflection. (3) The key for non-full-time counseling psychologists in the career decision process is action. Finally, based on the above research findings, specific suggestions are put forward for future research and novice counseling psychologists who want to become non-full-time counseling psychologists
