2020年初蔓延全球的新冠肺炎(COVID-19),影響著全世界的人們,因民眾提高自我防護,保持社交距離,直接影響到消費,並衝擊到相關產業,然而金融業因危機帶來的轉機,使金融(Financial)與科技(Technology)因為新冠疫情再次交鋒,加速了金融科技的發展,並將金融發展推向另一個新的境界。 本研究探討因應數位金融趨勢來襲,智慧型裝置的普及,網際網路的進步,銀行提供的金融服務已不受地理位置、時間限制,只要有網路的地方,顧客即可在線上操作交易,迅速地完成所需的金融服務。探討金融科技的核心技術–區塊鏈技術,因疫情崛起的行動支付,及順應時勢產生的純網銀,對金融科技發展的影響。 本研究主要在探討隨著金融環境的變化,金融科技的發展,以個案銀行為例,分析其在金融科技的實際運用的情況,及以SWOT分析探討其如何透過科技的運用,虛實通路的整合,以落實金融科技的轉型。
Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has rapidly infected people worldwide since the beginning of 2020. The pandemic has affected the household consumption and related industries with social protection and social distancing. However, COVID-19 is a turning point for the financial industry. With the combination of finance and the technology, it accelerated the development of Fintech. This research explores that with digital finance, commonly used smart devices and the Internet, the financial services provided by banks are no longer restricted by geographic location or time. As long as the internet exists, customers can quickly complete transactions and require financial services online. This research also discusses the impact of the core of Fintech-blockchain technology, mobile payment due to the outbreak of the epidemic, and internet-only banks in response to the current situation on the development of Fintech. This research mainly discusses the changes in financial industry and the development of fintech. This study takes the case bank as an example to analyze its actual use of fintech and use SWOT analysis to explore how to integrate virtual and real channels through technology, in order to implement the transformation of fintech.
