本研究旨在瞭解新北市國民小學教師參與專業學習社群與教學效能之關係,並進一步探究教師參與專業學習社群對於教師教學效能之影響。本研究使用問卷調查法,編製「新北市國民小學教師參與專業學習社群與教學效能關係之研究問卷」作為研究工具。以參與專業學習社群之國小教師為研究對象,發放450份問卷至新北市38間國民小學。共計有437份有效問卷,本研究使用SPSS 22.0統計軟體,以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、新北市國民小學教師參與專業學習社群現況表現良好。 二、不同的新北市國民小學教師「性別」、「學校規模」、「學校歷史」人口環境變 項在參與專業學習社群上有差異。 三、新北市國民小學教師教學效能現況表現良好。 四、不同的新北市國民小學教師「年資」、「職務」、「學校規模」人口環境變項在 教學效能上有差異。 五、新北市國民小學教師參與專業學習社群與教學效能成中度正相關。 依據研究結論,本研究提出相關建議,供教育行政機關、學校行政單位、學校教師與未來研究者作為參考。
This study aims to explore the relationship between teachers’ participation in teacher professional learning communities and teaching effectiveness of elementary schools in New Taipei City, and to further analyze the impact of the teacher professional learning communities to the teaching effectiveness. The study has adopted the questionnaire surveying method, and has also compiled a “Teachers’ Participation in Teacher Professional Learning Communities and Teaching Effectiveness of Elementary Schools in New Taipei City questionnaire” ,which is used as the research tool. The subjects of questionnaire survey were the 450 teachers who participated in teachers’ participation in teacher professional learning communities from 38 schools in New Taipei City. A total of 437 questionnaires are found as effective questionnaires. The data derived from the questionnaire are put through the computer statistical SPSS 22.0 to conduct data analysis, together with adopting statistical methods including the descriptive statistics, t test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment. The study’s conclusions are as following: 1.Teachers’ participation in teacher professional learning communities of elementary schools in New Taipei City is on good level. 2.The differences among teachers’ participation in teacher professional learning communities are in terms of gender, size of school and history of school. 3.Teaching effectiveness of elementary schools in New Taipei City is on good level. 4.The differences among Teaching effectiveness in terms of years of service, designated duty and size of school. 5.There exists medium-high positive correlated relationship between Teachers participation in teacher professional learning communities and Teachers’ teaching efficiency. Based on the conclusions, this study provides some suggestions for the educational administration institutions, administration of school, elementary school teachers and the references for future studies.
