企業在選擇人才方面有許多種方式,如智能測驗、心理測驗⋯⋯等,但在這樣的模式下,是否可以有另外的選擇?古代諸侯廣納人才以增加自己勢力,如何徵才?使用何種方式?與現代商場的情況亦有異曲同工之妙,將古人挑選人才的智慧及方法運用在現代應為可行之道,當個性決定命運而態度決定高度時,如何知人善任?將對的人安置到對的位置,縮短企業與人才的磨合期,減少企業的人事成本,達到企業能夠知人善任的目的。本研究希望透過先人留下的智慧:紫微斗數與八字,將其運用在企業商場上,了解所要選取的人才其個性及態度為何?本文以A先生個案為研究對象,並以陳述中國古代智慧:紫微斗數(為體,為本性)及八字(為用,為態度)合參作為分析的基礎原則,探討分析A先生的個性及做事的態度為何?最後藉由分析、歸納出A先生的領導特質,做事的態度,及性格,是否為符合企業所需之人才。
Businesses employ a variety of methodologies, such as IQ testing and psychological assessments. What are the other options beyond these? How did ancient Chinese royals select their talents to strengthen their power? Such ancient wisdom and methods, when aligned to modern business, should remain applicable to modern hiring. As personality dictates destiny and attitudes dictates business latitudes, how can they help identify the right talent? Right talent recruitment shall shorten the trial period, save human resource costs and achieve optimal talent placement. This study will employ ancient perspectives, specifically the Chinese astrology Zi Wei Dou Shu and Chinese horoscope Ba Zi, for business purposes to understand desirable candidate personalities and attitudes. This study takes Mr. A as an example to illustrate the personality and attitude assessment by incorporating Zi Wei Dou Shu (as the body, for personality) and Ba Zi (as the application, for attitude) with behavioural analysis. Finally by analyzing and concluding the leadership characteristics, personalities and attitudes of Mr. A to determine if he represents the right talent for a business.
