以有機凝膠模板製備中孔洞氧化鈣吸附劑於處理含氟廢水之研究

摘要


本研究利用凝膠模板技術合成中孔洞氧化鈣材料,獨特之處在於使用1,3:2,4-二(3,4-二甲基苯亞甲基)山梨醇(DMDBS)作為有機凝膠模板,當 DMDBS溶於有機溶劑時,會因為分子間氫鍵及分子內氫鍵自組裝形成三維立體的奈米結構,接著透過改變添加 DMDBS 的量,可以使其產生不同的自組裝能力,最終形成不同結構的中孔洞氧化鈣材料,用以去除水中氟離子。研究中利用 X 光繞射分析儀(XRD)、比表面積分析儀(BET)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)和場發射穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)發現煅燒溫度為 700 °C、添加 5 mg DMDBS 的吸附劑(CaO-T7D5),表面呈現多孔樣貌、孔徑為 6.4 nm。由水中氟離子的吸附實驗,得知此吸附劑具有最高的氟吸附量 42.9 mmol/g 且為自發性反應 ΔGads 為-8.19 kJ/mol。而後為了瞭解吸附的機制我們也以傅立葉轉換遠紅外線光譜(FTIR)和動態光散射量側儀(DLS)的分析,發現吸附氟化物的機制涉及離子交換和靜電吸引。此外,也由共存離子實驗中得知吸附劑對於吸附氟有良好的選擇性。由此可知使用 DMDBS 作為有機凝膠模板所製備出的吸附劑,有利於提升廢水中氟離子的吸附能力。

The mesoporous calcium oxide adsorbents were prepared by organogel technique with amphiphilic compounds DMDBS as a template. Amounts of DMDBS significantly affected the self-assembly of mesoporous CaO adsorbents. Materials characterization will be conducted via XRD, BET, SEM, and TEM. Results showed the 5 mg DMDBS, with respect 700 °C calcination temperature, i.e., CaO-T7D5 exhibited the porous surface with pore size of 4 nm, and fluoride adsorption capacity of 42.9 mmol/g. Moreover, FTIR and DLS results indicated that the adsorption mechanism of CaO included ion exchange and electrostatic attraction. Overall, the adsorbent prepared by using DMDBS has potential adsorbent for future fluoride removal processing.
