摘要


本研究主要分為兩個部分,第一部分主要闡述在永光化學實習過程、心得以及廠內設備介紹,第二個部分主要描述在實習過程中,如何分析和解決在工廠實務會遇到的問題及異常。 第一部分先介紹本人實習的公司和部門工作內容,在精細課實習累積社會經驗,同時將工作所學與學術理論連結,透過工作操作的設備更了解其原理及設備細節,對於離子交換樹脂和薄膜過濾技術有更深的理解,以及數位紡織印花染料的應用和發展。 第二個部分則是針對生產發生異常的分析與驗證,透過有效率的驗證影響生產品質的因素,精確的分析異常之原因,縮短排除異常所需的時間。 首先介紹離子交換樹脂的原理及作用方式,由於離子交換具有防治污染的功能,同時離子交換後的樹脂,透過再生也能重複使用,是一種相當環保的技術,故選用此方法來去除染料中的離子。針對要交換的離子不同,需選用適合反應的樹脂種類,達到最佳化的置換效率,對於各種樹脂也要選用合適的再生劑,避免浪費過多的廢液。 酸性數位紡織染料的生產流程中,樹脂塔作業為流程中時間最長的步驟,當異常發生時,若沒有及時找出原因並排除,對於後續產能的影響甚大,為了確保產線穩定及交換效率恢復正常,透過分析離子交換不完全的原因,進行改善及驗證;在未來若有異常發生時,可以快速檢視問題並解決。

The research is principally divided into two parts. The first part describes the intership process, experience and introduction of equipment in Everlight Chemical. The second part describes how to analyze and solve the problems and abnormalities encountered during factory operation. The first introduces the company and content of department where I interned, accumulated social experience in the intensive department, and linked the work learning with the academic theory. I will have a better understanding of its principles and equipment details through operating equipment, and deeperly understanding of ion exchange resin and membrane filtration technology, as well as the application and development of digital textile printing dyes. The second part is the analysis and verification of the abnormalies in the experiment. Through the efficient verification of the factors affecting the experiment, accurately analyze the cause of the abnormality, reducing the required time that exclude anomalies. Firstly, we will introduce the principle and mode of action of ion exchange resin, because ion exchange has the function of preventing pollution, and the resin after ion exchange can be reused through regeneration, it is a fairly environmental technology, therefore, this method is selected to remove the ion. According to the different ions to be exchanged, it is necessary to select the type of resin for the suitable reaction to achieve the optimal replacement efficiency. For various resins,it is also necessary to choose a suitable regenerative agent to avoid wasting a lot of waste liquid. In the process of acidic digital textile dyes, because the operation of ion exchange is the longest step in the process, when an abnormality occurs, if the cause is not found and eliminated in time, it will have a great impact on the subsequent production capacity. In order to ensure the stability of the production and exchange efficiency, improvement and verification can be carried out by analyzing the cause of incomplete ion exchange; if an abnormality occurs in the future, the problem can be quickly checked and resolved.
