摘要


本文主要為自動化設備組裝機在生產過程中,發現銅片入料模組經常發生異常問題,進而從中尋找問題與提出改善方案。 經由觀察銅片入料模組,發現問題為取料手臂之真空吸嘴與銅片之間發生間隙,使吸嘴無法吸取到銅片,造成壓力開關數值異常,引發吸真空異常。針對該問題本文以新增感測器來檢測銅片之實際高度,當銅片到達設定之取料高度時,由感測器傳送訊號給可程式化邏輯控制器,再通知取料手臂吸取銅片,防止間隙的產生,並改善設備故障率,提高設備的產能效率。

This thesis is mainly focuses the production process of automated equipment assembly. The equipment often has abnormal situations in the copper sheet feeding module. The cause of the abnormal situation is found and improvement plans is suggested in this thesis. In the copper sheet feeding module, a gap between the vacuum nozzle of the reclaiming arm and the copper sheet is found, so that the suction nozzle cannot absorb the copper sheet, resulting in abnormal value of the pressure switch and abnormal vacuum suction. In order to solve this problem, this thesis the sensor is used to detect the actual height of the copper sheet. When the copper sheet reaches the specified height, the optical fiber sensor will send the signal to the programmable logic controller, and notify the reclaiming arm to pick up the copper sheet to prevent the generation of gaps, thus improves equipment failure rate and promotes production efficiency.
