日本婦女參與勞動市場現況分析

摘要


經濟的發展與勞動市場息息相關,日本因高齡少子化造成勞動力短缺的問題尤其嚴重,近年來,日本致力於緩解勞動人口不足的問題,例如移工的加入、生產自動化及老齡人口與婦女參與勞動等諸多的解決方案,日本政府正積極擬訂解決措施,本篇論文以婚後女性的勞動參與為主要研究對象。 在傳統思維根深蒂固的日本社會,婦女就業所遇到的困境不單是個人的責任,家庭、企業與政府,三者之間的交互關係密不可分,依官方的統計數據可以看出在大學畢業後就職的女性與婚後離職又再次回到職場的女性,兩個區間的數值變化仍有落差,再回歸職場的女性仍無法與剛畢業時期的數值齊平甚至超越,本論文探究其因素及探討女性在就業職場上的價值,政府與企業又應如何打造善待女性就業的環境。

The economic development is closely linked with the labor market. In recent years, the Japanese government is actively drawing up measures to ease the labor shortage, such as migrant workers, automation of production and solutions to the aging population and women's participation in labor.This thesis takes the labor participation of married women as the main research object. Japanese society rooted in tradition, the dilemma encountered by women in employment is not just personal responsibility, Family, business and government, the interaction between the three are inseparable. According to the official statistics, women returning to the workplace are still unable to reach or surpass the number of women who have just graduated from employment.This thesis explores its factors and explores the value of women in the labor market and how the government and enterprises should create an environment in which they can treat women well.
