「愛情無關年紀，只關自己」—有伴侶之單身女性愛情經驗探究
“Love Is All About Yourself, Not Age” — A Study of Love Experiences of Single Women with Partners
摘要
本研究旨在探究單身女性之愛情經驗，期望藉由研究了解單身女性如何決定與看待自己目前的感情狀態。本研究採敘事探究方法，邀請三名26歲之有伴侶的單身女性擔任研究參與者，了解其過去的愛情經驗，以及賦予每一段愛情何種不同的意義，包含如何看待現階段愛情以及如何規劃未來。 研究結果發現在每一段愛情經驗當中，確實都對研究參與者有所影響，可以分成以下幾個面向：（1）為自己選擇一個理想的感情狀態：在每一段感情的結束或進行中，都讓自己更清楚對感情與伴侶的期待，因此也能夠選擇自己理想的愛情。（2）婚與不婚沒有壓力：過去大部分單身女性在適婚年齡談的愛情，會面臨到來自四面八方的壓力；然而，現代的社會文化之下，透過選擇自己想要的愛情，進而能夠自己規劃愛情的未來，而不受限於他人。（3）在愛情中的蛻變：愛情中的自我成長是在戀愛過程中的關鍵，也是每一段愛情中所獲得最深刻的改變。（4）以星座來命名的單身女性：本研究中使用星座來命名每一位研究參與者，代表對於單身女性而言，對於愛情存在著一種先天或是命定的觀點。 本研究根據上述研究結果，提出了未來研究方向的建議。

Abstract: This study aimed to explore the love experiences of single women, hoping to have a thorough understanding of how single women determine and view their current status of relationship through the research. By using the narrative inquiry method, this study invited three 26-year-old single women with partners to serve as research participants, attempting to understand their past love experiences and the meanings they gave to each relationship, including their opinions on the current relationship and their plans for the future. This study found that all love experiences had made influences on the participants. Those influences could be divided into the following four aspects: 1) The possibility of choosing an ideal relationship for oneself: Each relationship, regardless of the end or an ongoing phase, could make them clearer about their expectations for both the relationship and the partner, and thus they could choose an ideal love for themselves. 2) No pressure to marry or not to marry: In the past, most single women must have faced pressure from all parties if they were in relationships at a marriageable age. Nevertheless, in the modern social culture, women could select what kinds of relationship they want, and further plan the future of their love by themselves without being limited to others’ opinions. 3) Transformations in love: The self-growth in the key to the process of a love relationship, and it is also the the most profound change that one could have in each love relationship. 4) Zodiac signs used to name these single women: In this study, the participants were given different names after zodiac signs in order to represent that love has an inborn nature or destiny within it for single women. Based on the above research results, this study suggests recommendations for future research directions.
