本研究以心流經驗探討轉型領導和品管PDCA 循環對工作績效之影響,冀能幫助主管了解心流經驗視爲中介有利於組織發展的趨向。採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,取得有效問卷235 份,接續運用統計軟體 SPSS 25 與 AMOS 24 進行描述性統計、單因子變異數檢定、皮爾遜積差相關與結構方程模式等方法分析。研究結果顯示:(一)主管知覺心流經驗變項在轉型領導對工作績效影響中,係屬高程度表現;(二) 心流經驗於主管轉型領導和品管PDCA 循環對工作績效影響具有高度中介效果;(三)學歷兼年資較高之壯年女性主管職務(校長)主管較能知覺心流經驗對工作績效之影響,程度顯著較高;(四) 整體模型構念與各層面間,存在顯著正向相關並獲得支持。最後,依據研究結果提出後續研究建議。
This study aims to explore the impact of flow experience on executives’ transformational leadership and Total Quality Management PDCA Cycle on job performance, hoping to help executives understand the tendency of flow experience as an intervention beneficial to organizational development. The data was collected by questionnaire survey method, and 235 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed by The Statistical Software SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 for Descriptive Statistics, ANOVA Variance Test, Pearson Correlation and Structural Equation Model. The research results showed that: (1) the executive's perceptual flow experience variable is a high-level performance in the impact of transformational leadership and job performance; (2) Transformational leadership of executives and quality control PDCA cycle through has high the intervention variable flow experience affects work performance; (3) Senior female executives (Headmaster) with higher education are more able to perceive the impact of flow experience on job performance; and high degree significant. (4) There is a significant positive correlation and support between the all-levels model construction. Finally, based on the research results, recommendations and suggestions for the future study are put forward.
