The Future Images and the Effect of Community-Based Care for the Elderly on Family Caregiver

摘要

社區式日間照顧服務為具有兼顧老年人與家庭照顧者需求的服務，不僅能夠為老人家提供專業的照顧，晚上長輩回家之後依然能和家人同住，達到在地老化、在家終老的心願。此外，社區式日間照顧服務也能幫助家庭照顧者減輕身體、心理、社會等層面的照顧負荷，並能夠幫助家庭照顧者可以持續就業與獲得喘息的機會。

　　本研究主要以文獻資料分析法、未來三角和雙變項情節分析法來探究：

一、社區式日間照顧服務對家庭照顧者與老年人有何影響

二、社區式日間照顧服務有何助益與不足之處

三、社區式日間照顧服務與家庭照顧者的未來圖像

Community-based day care service is supplied to not only the elderly but also family caregivers. In a day care center, the elderly would receive professional care and service in the daytime ,and would return home to reunite with their families at night. This service can help the elderly to age in place and at home. Besides, day care service can help family caregivers alleviate their care burden of physical, mental, social, etc. levels. Furthermore, it can not only help family caregivers continue to work instead of quitting their jobs but also provide respite for them.

The research adopts document analysis, futures triangle and double variable scenario method to research:

1.The effect of community-based day care service on the elderly and family caregivers

2.The advantages and disadvantages of community-based day care service

3.The future images of community-based day care service and family caregivers
