中華民國（台灣）與巴拉圭之外交關係研究－以中華民國被承認為國際法人之權利為例

摘要

巴拉圭和中華民國政府自1957年七月十二日建立外交關係至今，本篇論文將用政治及法律合法為依據來研究，並引導我們更加了解為什麼此雙邊關係狀態能夠一直維持至今，並以分析巴拉圭對外政策的法律依據，我們必然可以得出台灣能被承認為合法國際法人之權力的結論。假如沒有適用的法律基礎，巴拉圭和中華民國之間的外交政策將不具合法性。

Diplomatic Relations between Paraguay and the Republic of China Taiwan. The right of the ROC to be recognized as an international legal person.
Paraguay began its diplomatic relations which is still in place with The Republic of China Taiwan on July 12 of 1957.
We pretend to study the legal and political righteousness of this diplomatic relationship which will lead us to a better understanding of why it has not been changed through history. When it is analyzing the legal basis of Paraguay's foreign policy towards the R.O.C., we inevitably come to the conclusion that the R.O.C. sustains the right to be recognized as an international legal person. Without this legal standard being applicable, the basis in which Paraguay's foreign policy is based on in regards with it's relation with the R.O.C. wouldn't be valid.
