隨著時代的快速演進,在職者除了工作中累積的經驗能夠幫助自己於職務上的順遂外,若無法於知識、觀念上加以充實,則工作上的本職學能或多或少會受到挑戰。是故,當夜色低垂,大部份的工作者,隨著工作的結束,除非還有其他的交際應酬,應該都想盡快地回到溫暖的家。只有回到家中,方能讓自己徹底的放鬆,並且儲備明日上班的能量。然而,在熙熙攘攘的街頭中,有部份的人,下班後不是回家,而是趕往另一個場域,校園。 在職進修者有機會將工作場域跳脫至非工作場欲的空間,經由學校所提供的資源,可能是師資、同學、課程內容…等,讓在職進修者的體力、精神得到緩衝、恢復、休復。也就是經由在職學習中的某些因素,可以讓在職進修者可以補充能量,能夠將疲倦感降低。而這些因素的觸發,讓在職進修者可以由工作場域中抽離至可放鬆之場域,無形之中也恢復了工作動力。在以的文獻探討中,所提及可能是身心健康、生活滿意度、工作…等方面。也就是在工作閒暇之餘,利用運動、聽音樂、看電影…,經由如上的恢復後,隔天上班就沒有那麼討厭工作;這些的探討,主要是針對一天中,或者一星期內的狀況,比較沒有著眼在職進修這種較長時間的恢復經驗之探討,是故,探討在職進修者,經由來學校讀書(這個活動),所獲得的恢復經驗,在長期來說,對於工作倦怠的影響,或者可否減少工作倦怠。 在職進修者回到學校中學習,在同儕支持這部份,以往的文獻中,以公司同事、主管支持,或者是家庭支持…等,對於學校同學協助這部份探討,則較少提及。因此,本研究希望可了解到在職進修者在學校所認識的同學,對於在職進修者的學業上、工作上、或者在生活上,是否能提供幫助。探討同儕支持對恢復經驗與工作倦怠兩者關係間的調節效果。

On the other hand, majority of people prefer going home that you could completely relax yourself and reserve the energy for work next day. However, unless you have other social entertainment. Therefore, some people they didi not go home after work, but rushed to another venue, campus. The incumbents have the opportunity to jump from the work place to other venue, The school provides resources such as, teacher, classmates, course content, etc. In addition, the incumbents can be buffered and restored their physical and mental strength during study. However, rest is through certain factors in on-the-job learning, the on-the-job scholars can replenish their energy and reduce fatigue. The triggering of these factors allows the incumbent to pull away from the work field to a field where he can relax and invisibly restores work motivation. According to the research, mentioned may be physical and mental health, life satisfaction, work... and so on. That is, in my spare time, I do sports, listening to music, watching movies...After above recovery, most people will not hate or tired of work , these discussions are mainly aimed at the situation during the day or within a week. Rather than focusing on the long-term recovery experience of the on-the-job training, it is therefore necessary to discuss the recovery experience gained by the on-the-job training through school (this activity). In the long term, it will affect the job burnout or can it reduce job burnout. The incumbents who returning to school to study have part of support from peer. Therefore, colleagues, manager or family support are less people mention or discuss about it. Therefore, this research hopes to know whether the students that the on-the-job fellows know in school can help the on-the-job fellows in their studies, work, or life. Explore the effect of peer support on the relationship between recovery experience and job burnout.
