中國在拉美及加勒比地區之外交戰役：以尼加拉瓜為例

摘要

北京政府與台北政府間的外交戰役延燒至拉丁美洲及加勒比海，之所以爆發紛爭不只為了佔得新市場與作為滿足原物料需求的礦產資源，也為了獲得該地區國家的外交承認。在此情況下，中美洲，尤其是與台灣有多年歷史外交關係的尼加拉瓜，迫於外在情勢而限制尼台的雙邊合作，且為了中國的投資、貿易以及漸多的經濟協助轉而出現外交上重新承認中國的打算。

The diplomatic battle between Beijing and Taipei is disputed in Latin America and the Caribbean, and this is not only due to the acquisition of new markets and deposits of natural resources that guarantee sufficient raw materials, but also to obtain the diplomatic recognition of these countries. In this sense, Central America and specifically Nicaragua, who has historically been Taiwan's diplomatically, is threatened by exogenous factors that could limit bilateral cooperation between the two nations and persuaded by the investment, trade and the growing economic aid offered by China to change of diplomatic recognition.
