摘要

本研究主要探討以Wiki協作系統建置的台灣棒球維基館之可用性研究，依Wiki金三角模式作為建站基礎，以系統實作法、啟發式評估法、焦點團體法及查詢過程記錄分析法等研究方法，結合上述各式可用性評估法作為建置本站前、中、後期之評估方式，並藉此探討Wiki協作環境運作模式下，建置網站時需考慮的面向為何，並依此評估結果作為改善資訊架構之設計。根據研究及可用性評估結果，提出相關具體建議，綜合規劃與設計問題，提出「台灣棒球維基館」網站企劃、架構及規劃原則，並給予Wiki協作系統網站規劃與經營發展之參考原則。本研究結果綜述如下：
一、台灣棒球維基館之網站資訊架構設計、網頁檢索設計、網頁介面設計、網頁視覺設計架構與規劃原則。
二、網站呈現應妥善規劃且隨時代趨勢修正。
三、持續進行網站的可用性評估是網站長期發展不可或缺的一環。
四、內容專家的重要性且內容與知識組織上之質與量間的平衡點應兼具。
五、人與管理是Wiki協作系統成功與否之核心要素。
六、檢索記錄檔發現，檢索詞以棒球人物最熱門(佔65.44%)、檢索語言日趨多元化、檢索者輸入有誤為檢索不到資訊的最大主因。
七、進階搜尋引擎的重要性。

This study aims to investigate the usability testing on the Wiki Collaboration System of TaiwanBaseballWiki.Based on Golden Triangle Mode of Wiki, the research methods include system implementation, heuristic evaluation, focus groups and transaction log analysis.In addition, to probe the Wiki collaboration environment mode of operation, the current study build a Web site to take into account of why, and the results of the assessment so as to improve the information architecture design.Finally, according to the research and usability evaluation of the results, the current study puts forward specific recommendations related for the website of Wiki Collaboration System.

The result of the research is as follows:

a.Web information architecture design, web search design, web interface design, web visual design principles and planning framework of TaiwanBaseballWiki.
b.There should be a proper planning with the trend of Web design.
c.Ongoing usability evaluation is very important to the long-term development of the website.
d.Content experts are important and there should be a balance between content organization and knowledge of the quality and quantity.
e.People and management are the keys to the success of Wiki Collaboration Systems.
f.By searching log files, the current study fond that:(1)The most popular Search term is the person about baseball; (2)Retrieval language have become more diversified; (3)Entering incorrect search terms is the reason why receiving no results.
g.Advanced search engine is important to the website.
