大學生自我分化、情緒智力與挫折容忍力之相關研究-以淡江大學大學生為例

A Study on the Relationship among Differentitation of Self, Emotional Quotient, and Frustration Tolerance: The Sample Taken from Tamkang University Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生自我分化、情緒智力與挫折容忍力之間的關係。本研究以398為淡江大學大學生為研究對象。本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,所使用研究工具則包括自我分化量表、情緒智力量表,以及挫折容忍力量表,所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究發現如下: 一、大學生的自我分化表現為中等程度。 二、大學生的情緒智力表現為中等偏高程度。 三、大學生的挫折容忍力表現為中等略高程度。 四、大學生的自我分化、情緒智力與挫折容忍力在學院上有顯著差異。 五、出生序為老大和中間子女的大學生相較於老二和獨生子女的學生在自我分化、情緒智力與挫折容忍力上有較好的表現。 六、自我分化與情緒智力彼此間達顯著中等正相關。 七、自我分化與挫折容忍力彼此間達顯著中等正相關。 八、情緒智力與挫折容忍力彼此間達顯著高等正相關。 九、自我分化的「我立場」對情緒智力的「處理他人情緒」最具有顯著正向的預測力。 十、自我分化的「他人融合」無法有效預測情緒智力的各構面。 十一、自我分化的「我立場」對挫折容忍力的「挫折後行動取向」最具有顯著正向的預測力。 十二、自我分化的「情緒截斷」無法有效預測挫折容忍力的各構面。 十三、自我分化對挫折容忍力的預測力較對情緒智力的預測力佳。   根據以上研究發現,本進一步提供未來研究及實務上之建議,並提供未來研究及實務上之建議。

This study aims at researching the relationship among self-differentiation, emotional intelligence and frustration tolerance of college students by sampling 398 college students at Tamkang University. The data collection in this thesis is conducted through questionnaires by using such research tools as self-differentiation scale, emotional intelligence scale and frustration tolerance scale. The data so collected is then analyzed by adopting descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression analysis. This paper discovers that: 1. The performance of self-differentiation of college students is moderate; 2. The performance of emotional intelligence of college students is moderately high; 3. The performance of frustration tolerance of college students is moderately high; 4. There is a significant difference from institute to institute in the self-differentiation, emotional intelligence and frustration tolerance of college students; 5. The first-born and the middle children outperform the second-born and the only children in terms of self-differentiation, emotional intelligence and frustration tolerance; 6. There is a significant moderate positive correlation between self-differentiation and emotional intelligence; 7. There is a significant moderate positive correlation between self-differentiation and frustration tolerance; 8. There is a significant high positive correlation between emotional intelligence and frustration tolerance; 9. “I Position” in self-differentiation has the most significant positive predictability with respect to“Handling the Emotions of Others” in emotional intelligence; 10. “Fusion with Others” in self-differentiation cannot effectively predict each aspect of emotional intelligence; 11. “I Position” in self-differentiation has the most significant positive predictability with respect to“Action Orientation After Frustration” in frustration tolerance; 12. “Emotional Cut-off” in self-differentiation cannot effectively predict each aspect of frustration tolerance; 13. The predictability of self-differentiation with respect to frustration tolerance is better than to emotional intelligence.   Based on the above findings, this study offers further practical recommendations for future research.
