兩岸健檢產業市場之探討與分析

摘要

健康是一切的根本，隨著全球人口結構趨向高齡化，代謝症候群與三高慢性疾病的年輕化，更是助長健檢熱潮，其實健檢產業崛起不只是台灣現象，而是全世界先進國家共通的現象。

本研究探討兩岸健檢產業現況與政策法令，並依文獻分析法與比較分析法， 分析台商佈局中國健檢產業的投資趨勢，並從大健康概念出發，觀察兩岸健檢機構佈局未來方向，並從兩岸健檢醫療看台商的機會與挑戰。

中國大陸從國家發展角度提出「健康中國2030」，是把人民健康放在優先發展的戰略地位，把健康融入政策的國家發展模式。 隨著「互聯網+」的發展，中國體檢產業生態，將進一步催化市場結構調整，政策東風加上資金支持，配合大陸人民所得及健康意識提昇，可預期大健康產業發展的蓬勃生機。

大健康產業是未來趨勢，如何讓擁有危險因數的亞健康族群，可以透過早期發現而有效的預防疾病發生或是防止疾病的惡化，定期的健康檢查即可以達到「預防勝於治療」的效果。從個人化預防醫學出發延伸的健康產業鏈，帶動台灣與中國大陸商機的發展，由於兩岸語言與文化的共通性，溝通無障礙更可加速兩岸產業合作的可能性。

以健康檢查為基礎而延伸到大健康產業，從線上電商平臺與網路運用，結合智慧化、資訊化、數據化等後端過程，深度挖掘健康體檢的消費者及潛在客戶，可將健康體檢作為醫療、健康產業鏈的先導站，推動多行業的健康產業市場發展。以人為本的健康為起點，成功的發展健康產業，除了提昇全民健康生活品質，更可以為國家競爭力注入更多的活水。

Following the trend of global population ageing, younger generation with metabolic syndrome and three high chronic diseases, health became an important issue. The rise of health inspection industry therefore is not just a new trend in Taiwan, but also became a common phenomenon in the advanced countries.

This paper analyzes the current situation of the cross-strait health inspection industry and its policies and decrees; and analyzes the investment trend by the Taiwanese health inspection industry in China from the conception of the “big health”. Besides, this study also looked at future development in terms of management, investment by the health check-up institutions in both side, and examined Taiwanese enterprises’ opportunities and challenges.

Mainland China proposed the "Healthy China 2030" from the perspective of national development. It puts people's health at the strategic position and integrates health into policy, the purpose is trying to create a new national developing model. With the development of "Internet +", the ecology of China's physical checking industry will further catalyze the structural adjustment of the market, with the support from the policy and with the mainland people’s health consciousness, the vigorous development of the health industry can be expected.

Health care industry is the future trend, how to help sub-health groups who have risk factors, through early detection and effective prevention of disease or prevent the deterioration of the disease, regular health checks is the key to achieve the goal of "prevention is better than cure". The extension of the health industry chain from personal preventive medicine will drive the development of business opportunities between Taiwan and mainland China. As the commonality of language and culture on both sides, non-communication barrier will accelerate the possibility of such cross-strait industrial cooperation.

Based on the health check and extended to the big health industry, from the application of online business platform and the use of the network, we can connect intelligent, information, data and other back-end process, to search for border range of health and medical consumers and potential customers; we also can use the health Physical examination as the medical and health industry chain for the pilot station to promote multi-industry health industry market development. People-oriented health as a starting point, the health industry can be successful developed, not just to improve the quality of the life of people, but also for the national competitiveness added more force.
