中國與台灣電商平台之比較-以淘寶網與momo為例

摘要


由於網際網路的便利與數位轉型的影響,傳統消費模式不再是消費的唯一途徑,消費者轉而尋求更有效率的後現代消費模式,「宅經濟」消費模式因而產生。發展電商業務已然成為許多企業積極開發的領域,但相對全球發展而言,台灣在電子支付的發展是嚴重落後的,法規方面的規範特別明顯,因主管機關仍持保守嚴謹態度而裹足不前,但受到COVID-19疫情影響,電商網購需求遞增,許多民眾開始接觸行動支付,反映疫情期間消費者對非接觸性支付的重視。 本研究主要以比較中國與台灣的電商平台 (網購平台、行動支付),希望通過對比支付寶在中國大陸的發展和街口支付在台灣的發展,可以了解雙方在行動支付行業差異和模式,從中探討台灣與中國的電商發展受到哪些因素的影響,深入了解造成台灣和中國電商發展不同的因素,並透過比較淘寶網與momo購物網金流、物流、資訊流的差異,從而找出相關的連結,探討台灣的電商平台發展是否也緊扣著這三個面向。

Due to the convenience of the Internet and the influence of digital transformation, the traditional consumption mode is no longer the only way of consumption, consumers turn to seek a more efficient post-modern consumption mode, "house economy" consumption mode is thus produced. Electric business development has become the field of the development of many enterprises to actively, but relative to the global development, Taiwan is lagging behind in the development of electronic payment, regulatory norms particularly, by the competent authority is still conservative rigorous attitude and rush in where angels fear to tread, but affected by COVID - 19 outbreak, eb point purchase demand increasing, many people begin to contact action to pay, It reflects the importance consumers attach to contactless payment during the epidemic. This research is mainly to compare China and Taiwan's electric business platform (online shopping platform, action to pay), hope that through comparing pay treasure to pay in the development of China's mainland and block in the development of Taiwan, can understand the differences in the action to pay industry and patterns, to explore from Taiwan and China's electricity development influenced by what factors, To understand the different factors that cause the development of e-commerce in Taiwan and China, and by comparing the differences of money flow, logistics and information flow between Taobao.com and momo, to find out the relevant links and explore whether the development of E-commerce platform in Taiwan is also closely related to these three aspects.
