本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,旨在探討新北市國民小學輔導教師專業承諾與工作滿意之情形。本研究主要目的有: 一、瞭解新北市國民小學輔導教師之專業承諾 二、瞭解新北市國民小學輔導教師之工作滿意程度 三、探討不同背景變項新北市國民小學輔導教師專業承諾及工作滿意之差異情形 四、分析新北市國小輔導教師專業承諾與工作滿意之關係 五、根據研究結果提出可供未來相關政策改革參考之建議 本研究之問卷調查,是以自編之問卷為工具,以新北市公立國民小學輔導教師為樣本母群體,採分層隨機取樣之方式進行,共寄發正式問卷316份,回收有效問卷298份,有效問卷回收率為94.3%。 本研究之主要結論包括: 一、新北市國民小學輔導教師對專業承諾具有中上程度的正面知覺,其中在「專業倫理」構面的承諾程度最高,在「留業傾向」構面的承諾程度最低 二、新北市國民小學輔導教師對其工作具有中等以上的正向滿意度,其中在「人際關係」構面的滿意度最高,在「工作環境」構面的滿意度最低 三、整體而言,新北市國民小學輔導教師的專業承諾在擔任職務、最高學歷、輔導專業背景、輔導工作年資、學校規模等背景變項上,具有顯著差異 四、整體而言,新北市國民小學輔導教師的工作滿意度在最高學歷、學校規模、學校所在地區特性等背景變項上,具有顯著差異 五、整體而言,新北市國民小學輔導教師的工作滿意與專業承諾呈現中度正相關 六、新北市國民小學輔導教師工作滿意之「人際關係」、「工作成長與成就」及「行政領導與支援」構面分別與專業承諾各構面具中度至高度正相關,其中以「工作成長與成就」構面與專業承諾整體及其各構面相關程度最高 關鍵字:新北市、國民小學輔導教師、專業承諾、工作滿意
This study mainly aims, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the relationship between professional commitment and job satisfaction of the teacher-counselors in the elementary schools of New Taipei City. The main purposes of this study include: 1. To understand the professional commitment of teacher-counselors in the elementary schools of New Taipei City. 2. To understand the job satisfaction of teacher-counselors in the elementary schools of New Taipei City. 3. To explore the differences in the professional commitment and job satisfaction of the teacher-counselors with different backgrounds in the elementary schools of New Taipei City. 4. To analyze the relationship between the professional commitment and job satisfaction of the teacher-counselors in the elementary schools of New Taipei City. 5. To propose suggestions, based on the research findings, useful for the future reform of related policies. The study was conducted by means of a self-designed questionnaire. Via the stratified random sampling, the teacher-counselors in the elementary schools of New Taipei City were chosen as samples of this study. A total of 316 questionnaires were sent, 298 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed, and the valid response rate was 94.3%. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The teacher-counselors in the elementary schools of New Taipei City had a median- high level of perception of professional commitment towards school guidance work, and among the four dimensions analyzed, the dimension of the “professional ethics” is the highest one, while that of the “tendency of sticking to the job” was the lowest. 2. The teacher-counselors in the elementary schools of New Taipei City had a median- high level of job satisfaction with school guidance work, and the “ interpersonal relationship ” dimension was the most satisfied, while the dimension of the “working environment”, the least. 3. On the whole, the teacher-counselors’ professional commitment towards school guidance work varied significantly with different posts, educational qualifications, professional training backgrounds, years of working for counseling work, and school size. 4. On the whole, the teacher-counselors’ job satisfaction varied significantly with different educational qualifications, school size, and location of schools. 5. On the whole, there is a moderate positive correlation between the job satisfaction and professional commitment of elementary teacher-counselors in New Taipei City. 6. The dimensions of “interpersonal relationship”, “work growth and achievement” and “the leadership and support from the administrative sector” of the job satisfaction had high positive correlations with each dimension of the professional commitments.
