臺灣中小型商業銀行經營策略之研究-以P銀行為例

摘要


銀行業面對國際環境快速的變異,加上本國政府在金融監理上的鬆綁,使得屬於基層金融之信用合作社為避免在業務承作上受到限制,並積極為社員創造福利,故在政府鼓勵及提出誘因之下,部份經營績效卓越的信用合作社紛紛朝向全國性之金融機構邁進,惟自1997年起改制為商業銀行以來,仍擺脫不了營運規模無法擴大的宿命,仍屬於中小型商業銀行規模,甚至於陸續為大型金融機構所併購,截至2018年止,僅存五家改制為商業銀行的信用合作社。 本研究以P銀行為例,利用「CAMEL指標」將P銀行與其他四家同為信用合作社改制為商業銀行之經營績效進行比較,透過十項財務比率指標進行比較分析,找出與同業及全體本國銀行平均數值相較為差或弱者,進而提出經營上應調整之策略;再利用SWOT分析法分析P銀行在外部環境所面臨的機會及威脅、銀行內部組織現在擁有之優勢及劣勢,並透過交叉策略提出可行之策略,結合經營績效分析結果產出應調整之經營策略與SWOT分析出之交叉策略提出可行之經營策略建議,依據組織結構與功能性政策作適當調整,確認是否須訂出短、中、長期之營運計劃或目標,進行執行。

The banking industry faces rapid changes in the international environment. In addition, the loosening of financial supervision by the government has made the credit cooperatives belonging to the grassroots finances to avoid the restrictions on business undertakings and actively create benefits for the members. Therefore, under the encouragement and incentives of the government, some of the excellent performance credit cooperatives have stepped toward national financial institutions. However, since they were restructured into commercial banks in 1997, they still can't get rid of the fate of the scale of operation. They still belong to the scale of small and medium-sized commercial banks, and even merged with large financial institutions. As of 2018, there were only five credit cooperatives that were restructured into commercial banks. This study uses P Bank as an example to compare the operating performance of P Bank with the other four credit cooperatives into commercial banks by using the "CAMEL Index". Through comparative analysis of ten financial ratio indicators, we find out the same industry and the whole If the average value of domestic banks is relatively poor or weak, then the strategy of adjustment should be proposed. The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by P Bank in the external environment, and the strengths and weaknesses of the internal organization of the bank. The strategy proposes a feasible strategy, combined with the business performance analysis results, the output should be adjusted. The business strategies and the SWOT analysis of the cross-strategy propose feasible business strategies recommendation. In accordance with organizational structure and functional policies to make appropriate adjustments to confirm whether a short, medium and long-term business plans or targets are implemented.
