新北市國民小學低年級導師領導行為與班級經營效能之研究

論文提要內容: 本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,探討新北市國民小學低年級導師領導行為與班級經營效能實施之情形。本研究主要目的有: 一、瞭解新北市國民小學低年級導師的領導行為。 二、分析新北市國民小學低年級導師班級經營效能。 三、探討不同背景變項之新北市國民小學低年級導師領導行為之差異情形。 四、探討不同背景變項之新北市國民小學低年級導師班級經營效能之差異情形。 五、探討新北市國民小學低年級導師領導行為與班級經營效能之關係。 六、根據研究發現,提出可供未來相關教育政策改革之參考建議。 本研究之問卷調查,係以自編之問卷為工具,以新北市市立國民小學低年級導師為主要調查樣本母群體,再採分層立意選樣原則進行問卷調查。本研究問卷共發出337份,回收有效問卷317份,有效回收率為94.06%。 本研究之主要結論如下: 一、新北市國民小學低年級導師的教師領導行為以「仁慈領導」為主,「樹德領導」次之。 二、新北市國民小學低年級導師的班級經營效能以「環境氣氛營造」構面最佳。 三、在「仁慈領導」及「樹德領導」等二個構面,導師知覺的教師領導行為會依年齡、婚姻、任教年資之不同而有顯著差異。 四、就整體及個別構面而言,導師知覺的班級經營效能會因年齡、婚姻狀況及任教年資等而有顯著差異。 五、就整體而言,導師領導行為中的「仁慈領導」、「樹德領導」二構面與班級經營效能呈現中度正相關。 六、就整體而言,教師領導行為對班級經營效能具解釋力。

This study mainly aims, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the leadership behavior and class management effectiveness of the homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd-grades’students in elementary schools of New Taipei City. The main purposes of this study include: 1.To understand the leadership behavior of the homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd- grades’ students in elementary schools of New Taipei City. 2. To analyze the class management effectiveness of the homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd-grades’students in elementary schools of New Taipei City. 3. To explore the differences of leadership behaviors of homeroom teachers with different backgrounds in New Taipei City. 4. To explore the differences of class management effectiveness of homeroom teachers with different backgrounds in New Taipei City. 5. To analyze the correlations between the leadership behavior and class management effectiveness of the homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd-grades’students in elementary schools of New Taipei City.. 6. To propose suggestions useful for the reform of related policies in the future, based upon the findings of the study. This study was conducted by means of a self-designed questionnaire. A total of 337 homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd-grades’students in elementary schools of New Taipei City were chosen, via the stratified purposive sampling, as the samples of the study, and 317 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The valid response rate was 94.06%. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1.The “benevolent leadership” was the main leadership behavior perceived by the homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd- grades’ students in elementary schools of New Taipei City, and that of “moral leadership” was the second popular one. 2. The dimension of the “formation of environmental atmosphere” was the most effective one in terms of class management effectiveness of the homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd- grades’ students in elementary schools of New Taipei City. 3.In the dimensions of the “benevolent leadership” and “moral leadership”, the leadership behavior of the homeroom teachers for the 1st- and 2nd- grades’ students in elementary schools of New Taipei City, varied significantly with their age, married status, and years of teaching. 4. The class management effectiveness of homeroom teachers with different backgrounds in New Taipei City varied significantly with their age, married status, and years of teaching, both from the individual dimension and as a whole. 5.On the whole, there was moderate positive correlation between the leadership behavior and class management of homeroom teachers in the dimensions of the “benevolent leadership” and “moral leadership” 6.On the whole, the leadership behavior can interpret the class management effectiveness of the homeroom teachers.
