凝膠衍生穩定化氧化鋯之製備與特性分析

Preparation and characterization of gel-derived stabilized zirconia

摘要


本研究以溶膠凝膠法來製備氧化釔穩定化之氧化鋯陶瓷粉體,實驗中主要探討系統反應溶液之pH值和添加不同莫爾百分比的氧化釔對最終獲得粉體性質之影響,而產物粉體主要是藉由TG-DTA、FT-IR、XRD、SEM和EDS來做性質分析。於反應中未添加氨水的製程中,對於不同添加氧化釔之添加量之氧化鋯粉體,從結果顯示其熱行為皆為多段之變化,中間反應含了有機物質和結晶水的移除,TG曲線必須在800℃之後才會持平,另外結晶相態到了 1000℃之後從立方晶系轉變為正方晶系和單斜晶系。當製程中添加氨水調整反應pH值所獲得之粉體,熱行為在300℃左右會有一個因燃燒現象所產生的強烈放熱峰,使得整個TG曲線提前在500℃持平。其結晶相態再1000℃熱處理後為單一穩定之立方晶系,並且晶粒尺寸為20nm。粉體經過1300℃燒結後仍然沒有產生相轉變,其燒結性質也相當好。

Yttria Stabilized Zirconia powder was prepared using sol-gel techniques. Citric acid was added into an aqueous solution of yttrium nitrate to chelate the metallic ion. By adding ammonium hydroxide, the pH value of starting solution was adjusted. The pH value of solution was 2 (without ammonia solution addiions), 4, 6, 8, 10.5. After drying and calcination of different temperatures, the obtained solids were analyzed using TG-DTA, FT-IR, XRD, SEM and EDS. Effects of pH value and various yttrium to zirconia ratios were studied. The thermal behavior of precursor was strongly by the pH value of solution. It indicates that addition ammonium hydroxide into the starting solution formed ammonium nitrate or ammonium citrate and occurred combustion. The TG curve end up in a draw at 500℃. The crystalline phase preserved pure cubic at 1000℃ and crystalline size was 20nm. Even when sintered at 1300℃,it still maintained single cubic phase. Abort different yttria mol% zirconia, without addition ammonium hydroxid, cubic structure converted to monocline and tetragonal structure at 1000℃.
