本篇論文主要以結構精算、電性分析和元素光譜分析等實驗方式,研究固態氧化物燃料電池 (SOFC) 中的電解質部分。使用的氧化物材料包括 (Y2-xLix)Ti2O7-x-aLiO0.5,簡稱YLT-aL、(Gd2-xLix)Ti2O7-x- aLiO0.5,簡稱GLT-aL、Ln2Zr2O7,簡稱LnZ、Ln2(ZrTi)O7,簡稱LnZT、以及((Ln0.2Ce0.8)O1.9),簡稱LnDC。其中LnZ、LnZT以及LnDC還與LNCO (Li2CO3與Na2CO3莫耳比1 : 1) 混合製成複合電解質材料。 700
The purpose of this treatise is focused on the electrolyte part of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), and the structure refinement, electrical analysis and XANES spectra were be used in this research. The oxide materials in this research include (Y2-xLix)Ti2O7 -aLiO0.5 (a = 0, 2 and 4, x = 0 - 0.11; a = 1 and 3, x = 0.070) with abbreviation of YLT-aL, (Gd2-xLix)Ti2O7- aLiO0.5 (a = 0, 2 and 4, x = 0 - 0.15, a = 1 and 3, x = 0.100) with abbreviation of GLT-aL, Ln2Zr2O7 (Ln = Eu, Ho and Yb) with abbreviation of LZ, Ln2(ZrTi)O7 (Ln = Eu, Ho and Yb) with abbreviation of LZT and LnDC ((Ln0.2Ce0.8)O1.9) (Ln = La, Sm, Gd and Gd + Y). The LZ, LnZT and LnDC series were chosen to make composite electrolyte materials with LNCO carbonate mixture (The molar ratio of Li2CO3 : Na2CO3 = 1 : 1) and the abbreviations are LZ-C, LZT-C and LnDC-C, respectively. The YLT-2L (x = 0.070) has the highest total conductivity of 4.42(4) x 10-4 S
