台灣從80年代開始通路型的量販中心開始興起,在這些大型的量販商 場背後造就大大小小的物流中心形成各系列的供應鏈,因此3方物流中心 也隨之蓬勃發展,在這樣的局勢下也形成各種各樣的營運模式,彼此各有 各的策略,本研究即是以國內物流中心為背景來探討單一物流中心的策略 地圖,以藉此來發現並找出國內物流中心經營上的策略與營運上面臨的問 題,祈使能為國內業界供經營上之參考。 本研究是採質性研究之深入訪談為方法,針對國內一家大型物流中心且 營運20多年歷史的公司為個案,訪談對象皆為從業多年資深的專業經理人, 從他們的深入訪談中來找出個案公司的策略地圖,並得到以下幾點結論: 1.A物流中心在營運上要有嚴謹的財務面策略,在支出與收入要有精算計 畫,以避免財務危機發生。 2.A物流中心要重視開拓客戶群,不是守成而已,這個防止一旦中大型客戶 流失造成財務收入驟減。 3.ERP作業系統與工具的改善,可大幅提高營運競爭力,透過更便利的設施 可產生更大的效益。 4.重視員工的本職訓練,可帶來品質改善與提高工作效能。 關鍵字: 物流中心、3方物流、策略地圖、ERP系統
Super market began operating from Taiwan in 1990,then propelled so many modle logistics center borning,and the 3rd party logistics center became the most popular in the field. Each the 3 rd party logistics center has it’s operation targets and strategy,therebefore this research is that find out someone logistics center’s strategy map in Taiwan.and got some logistics center’s operation knowhow to offer some administrators’reference. This research is according to visit to someone logistics center and the visited persons are all of experienced managers in the field of Taiwan. In their visiting contents that can get it’s company strategy map and some conclusions,this research has these findings: 1.This logistics center A must have tightly financial plan to avoid financial crisis. 2.This logistics center must focus on recruiting new customers,except the currently customers,if some key customers leave away due to the financial crisis. 3.Some operation software systems and tools that can enhance efficiency and promote itself competition. 4.Pay attention to employee’s training can improve quality and efficiency.
