西漢游俠的活動特色及其社會關係
The characteristic and society relation of arrant knight in early Han dynasty
摘要
本文以司馬遷與班固所記錄的西漢游俠為研究對象，分成四章進行討論： 第一章考察先秦到兩漢之間，有關「俠」的詞彙，歸納「游俠」概念的轉變與擴充，以及各個詞彙的運用時代。然後討論司馬遷、班固與荀悅描繪游俠的立場；接著整理所有游俠的個案後，認為西漢游俠是具有交友或養客、干犯法禁、助人於危難等行為的人。 第二章講述從家庭、宗族到社會的眾多型塑游俠性格的因素，進而了解游俠在構築人際網絡時，如何於鄉里、官場中，採取各種手腕來展露個性、博取友誼與名聲，並分析這些人際關係的性質。 第三章討論游俠們生長分布的環境特性，以及他們踏入社會後，受限於身份的貴卑，運用不等同的資源來遠行、遷居，造成了他們的活動範圍極限也相異的現象，並附帶討論俠名的傳播。 第四章分析西漢社會中，統治階層內的不同身分者，他們對游俠抱持的觀感，和游俠的應對之道；次論西漢統治階層內部的變化，對游俠所產生的影響。最後檢討政府的法律規範，與其他治俠方策的成效。 總括而論，西漢游俠是承繼先秦沒落貴族的遺風，保存尚武重義的精神，即使後世游俠漸衰，行徑卻在大眾之間不時展現。

This article is talking about the arrant knight in early Han Dynasty witch Sy Maa-Chian and Ban Guh had been mention. This article has included four sections. First, section one is research Knight arrant from early Chin Dynasty to Han Dynasty. Generalize the change and expand the concept of arrant knight and every dynasty which this word had been used. Second, discuss the standpoint of Sy Maa-Chian、Ban Guh and Shyun Yueh. Third, compare all files of arrant knight, and mention these arrant knights in early Han Dynasty is the person who make friends、provide for guest、break the law and help peoples. Section two is accounts what kind of environment will create the personality of arrant knight. How they expand their interpersonal relationship from every dimension. And analyze their special interpersonal relationship. Section three is discussing their growing environment and their place after they join the society. But their activities range is limit by their wealth. So also talk about how they spread their reputation. Section four, at first is analyzes the view of ruler with arrant knight in early Han Dynasty. Second, is the change of ruler in Han Dynasty has effect arrant knight? At last, review the law and the policy to manage these arrant knights is success or fail. Conclusion, arrant knight is inherits early Chin Dynasty nobles. They have the essence of justice. Even though after Han Dynasty has no arrant knight. But their spirits still keep in our mind now.
