摘要

中國在全球舞臺上的崛起，當前其外交的最顯著特徵，是更廣泛的與他國建立戰略夥伴關係。中國夥伴外交政策也反映出轉變其對外關係及發展模式。目前在國際學術文獻和政策討論中，雖已開始探索中國夥伴外交關係的建立，然尚未充分分析其深化夥伴外交關係，仍有待進一步探討。
本論文主要以中國深化其夥伴外交關係作為研究主題，尤其聚焦習近平執政後的策略模式。在此背景下，嘗試針對中國對外夥伴關係進行全面系統的分析和研究，研析其一帶一戰略下推動中國對外夥伴關係的特點、類別、理論基礎、現狀及落實的具體情況及所面臨的困難與挑戰和發展前景。

Abstract：
China's rise on the global stage, the most prominent feature of its current diplomacy, is the wider establishment of strategic partnerships with other countries. The Chinese partner's foreign policy also reflects the transformation of its foreign relations and development model. At present, in the international academic literature and policy discussions, although the exploration of the establishment of China’s partner diplomatic relations has begun, it has yet to fully analyze its deepening partner diplomatic relations, which still needs further discussion.
The research theme of this study focuses on China's mode for deepening its partnership diplomacy, especially focusing on Xi Jinping's strategic model after taking power. Against this background, this study conducts a comprehensive and systematic analysis to explore China’s external partnership, and analyze the characteristics, categories, theoretical basis, current situation, and specific conditions and difficulties faced by China ’s Belt and Road Initiative With challenges and development prospects.
