台灣高職家政美容科學用落差之研究──產業觀點

A Study on Skills and Educational Mismatch in Department of Household Management and Cosmetology of Vocational High School in Taiwan—Industrial Perspectives

摘要


本研究旨在探討以產業之觀點了解台灣高職美容科學用落差之研究,並以中部標竿高職學校為研究對象。主要目的在了解: 本研究採個案研究進行,以標竿學校美容科畢業生之六位專家業主進行深度訪談,訪談內容經逐字稿類化分析,所得結論如下述: 一、 知識構面升學導向,證照領導教學,課程華而不實,實習課程有待重新規劃。 二、 實務技能構面,實習課程技能指標流於形式,流程不熟,技巧不足,知識不 專,導致學生學用落差顯著存在。 三、 情意態度構面,關於「工作習慣」、「工作調適」和「人際互動」需要再加強 教育。

This study aims to discuss and understand the skills and educational mismatch in department of household management from an industrial point of view. Subjects are from the best in class vocational high school in middle Taiwan. The data were collected via personal interview, in-depth interviews with six professional expertise, analyzed interview data word by word, and divided into different categories, and here are the conclusions: (1)Aspects of knowledge, academic-oriented, education leading to professional certificates, programs are fancy but not useful, needed reorganization of the internship programs. (2) Aspects of practical skills, internship programs are often a formality. Students are not familiar with the process, lack of skills and professional knowledge, which lead to significant skills and educational mismatch. (3) Aspects of attitude, a comprehensive employee training on “Working Habits ”、 “Work Adjustment” “Interpersonal Interaction”are essential.
