一所國小生命教育協同教學志工教師之參與經驗個案研究

A Case Study of Volunteer Teachers’ Team-Teaching Experience for Life Education in an Elementary School

摘要


面對日趨嚴重的青少年問題,台灣學者專家從預防著手,推動生命教育。經多年發展,民間團體的挹注成為國小生命教育的一股力量。生命教育亦為十二年國教總綱中十九項議題中的一項,其於當前的重要性可見一般。然而,生命教育仍存在人力不足的問題。 本研究透過深度訪談,對個案進行質性之研究,參酌志工服務問卷以及幾位導師和行政老師的觀察後訪談進行檢證,找出協同教學經驗與參與服務之間的關係。進一步透過此研究結果,解決參與歷程中的問題,並提供經驗給關心生命教育的團體參考。本研究的結論如下: 一、協同教學為生命教育志工加入服務的重要因素。 二、志工教師在協同教學運作模式下獲得不同經驗及成長,主要包括以下三個面向:  完整的運作模式支援志工教師的服務。  協同教學能促進問題的有效解決。  志工教師透過解決問題獲得心理與專業的成長。 三、協同教學的參與經驗強化志工教師持續服務的意願。 根據研究的結論,研究者分別就人員招募與穩定、人力資源分配與合作、資源整合、推廣協同教學模式、尋求家長與學校支持,以及促進普及提出建議,並提出未來之研究方向以供參考。

In the face of the growing problems of young people, scholars and in Taiwan have been advocating life education in preventing the problems. After years of development, the attention of civil society has become a force in elementary school life education. Life education is also one of the nineteen issues in the 12-year compulsory education, and its current importance can be seen in general. However, the lack of qualified teachers is still a major concern in promoting life education in k-12 schools. This study uses qualitative research methods to such as case study approach and in-depth interviews to understand the experience of life education volunteer teachers in an elementray school. The Volunteer Service Questionnaire and structural interview questions developed by the researcher were used to collect information. In addition to exploring the relationship between team-teaching experience and participation, the result of this research provides experience to those who concerned about life education. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Team-teaching is an important factor for joining the life education volunteer service. 2. Volunteer teachers have gained various experiences and growth under the team-teaching operation mode, mainly including the following three aspects:  The complete operation model supports the volunteer teachers’ services.  Team-teaching can promote effective problem solving.  Volunteer teachers achieve psychological and professional development through problem solving. 3. The experience of team-teaching strengthens the willingness of volunteer teachers to continue service. According to the conclusions of the research, the researcher made recommendations on teacher recruitment and stability, human resource allocation, and cooperation, resource integration, advocation of team-teaching model, seeking parental and school support, and promoting popularization. Directions and suggestions for future research are included.
