以人格特質、科技接受探討 P2P 網路借貸知覺使用之研究

摘要


在金融科技的浪潮中,蔓延在銀行業中產生出不可阻擋的力量,而客戶需要的不再只是實體營業據點,而需要的更是能方便、節省時間更有效率的商業模式,而在近幾年最讓人眾所皆知的也尌是 Fintech 浪潮下最重要的產物網路銀行,它不僅僅便民也漸漸取代了實體銀行據點甚至開戶都能線上開戶,而非金融機構也積極介入第三方支付、網路借貸等「網路金融」平台,而近期不外乎最受矚目也在各國已經發展一段時間的尌是點對點信貸 P2P(Peer-to-Peer lending)網路借貸平台的仲介角色,跳過銀行這個中介者,改變以往借貸和投資的方式。 基於近幾年都有學術文章針對台灣是否可以推行 P2P 甚至是現況等,本研究在於探討 Fintech 所衍生出的中間服務平台的創新貸款平台以金融科技平台媒合借款者與放款者所形成的 P2P 模式,再以每一個不同個體的人的人格特質和對新商業模式的科技接受程度去探討 P2P 網路借貸的知覺效率性,讓 P2P 借貸不僅僅留存在探討台灣推行可行性,而也可以站在不同的角度去分析台灣信貸業的未來。

In the waves of financial technology, the spread makes an irresistible strength in the banking industry.Customers need is no longer only a physical business base. What they need is more convenient, time-saving, and more efficient business model. It is known as the most important product online banking under the wave of Fintech. Not only has people gradually replaced physical bank locations and even opened accounts can open online accounts, but non-financial institutions are also actively involved in third-party payment, online lending, etc. The "internet finance" platform, which was recently the most watched and has also been in development for some time in various countries, is the peer role of Peer-to-Peer lending (P2P) Internet lending platform, skipping the bank intermediary, changing Past borrowing and investment methods. Based on academic papers in recent years regarding whether or not P2P can be implemented in Taiwan and even the current situation, this study is to explore the P2P formed by Fintech's innovative loan platform derived from the intermediary service platform and the financial technology platform's mediation of borrowers and lenders. The model then explores the perceptual efficiency of P2P Internet lending with the individual personality traits of each individual and the technological acceptance of new business models so that P2P lending does not only exist to explore them feasibility of Taiwan’s implementation,but also to analyze the future development and application of the credit industry in Taiwan from different perspectives.
