摘要

這項研究的總體目標是分析 2008 年至 2020 年期間，在馬英九和蔡英文總統的領導下，台灣與尼加拉瓜的雙邊關係行為。
緒論介紹了本研究研究對象的方法、背景、理由、一般和具體目標、局限性和方法學方面。
第一章論述中華民國（台灣）與尼加拉瓜共和國建交至2007年的總體背景。
第二章為2008至2015年間台灣與尼加拉瓜雙邊關係，第三章為蔡英文總統執政期間2016至2020年間台灣與尼加拉瓜雙邊關係。這兩章都從台灣政府的做法、他們的環境和外交政策方針以及他們與中國的關係開始，然後討論與尼加拉瓜的雙邊關係。
第四章簡要比較了尼加拉瓜政府執政期間台灣與尼加拉瓜的雙邊關係及其觀點。最後，介紹了本研究中涉及的方面最具代表性的結論。

This research is carried out with the general objective of analyzing the behavior of bilateral relations between Taiwan and Nicaragua, during the period 2008-2020, under the administrations of Presidents Ma Ying-jeou and Tsai Ing-wen.
The introduction presents the approach to the object of study of this research, its background, justification, general and specific objective, limitations and methodological aspects.
Chapter I addresses the general background of diplomatic relations between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of Nicaragua, from their establishment until 2007.
Chapter II covers the bilateral relations between Taiwan and Nicaragua in the period 2008-2015 and Chapter III focuses on the bilateral relations between Taiwan and Nicaragua in the period 2016-2020, under the administration of President Tsai Ing-wen. Both chapters start from the approach of the Taiwanese administrations, their environment and foreign policy guidelines, as well as their relationship with China, and then the bilateral relations with Nicaragua are addressed.
Chapter IV presents a brief comparison between the bilateral relations between Taiwan and Nicaragua during both administrations and the perspectives based on the findings. Finally, the most representative conclusions of the aspects addressed during this research are presented.
