利用Ugi-4CR合成含硼胜肽衍生物

Synthesis of Boron-containing Peptides using Ugi-4CR

摘要


Ugi-4CR 合成含硼胜肽 Ugi 多組成反應是由胺、羧酸、醛(或酮)、異腈四種化合物結合形成其單一產物之反應,其具有綠色化學與高效率的優點。因此深受合成科學家的青睞,本研究即利用此一合成策略合成含硼Ugi-Peptide 目標產物。合成過程以微波加熱反應的方式,將具有叔丁氧羰基 (Boc) 保護的胺基酸或者胜肽作為羧酸起始物,加入Ugi 反應中形成具有叔丁氧羰基 (Boc) 保護的含硼胜肽前驅物,而本篇主要探討其反應測試條件與合成。下圖為本篇的合成策略 (Scheme 1)。

Ugi-4CR synthesis of boron-containing peptides Ugi multicomponent reaction which has the advantages of green chemistry and high efficiency is consisted by amines, carboxylic acid, aldehyde or ketone, and isocyanides. Therefore, the reaction is highly favored by synthetic scientist. This research use the synthetic strategy to synthesize the boron-containing peptides. The synthesis of tert-butoxycarbonyl (Boc) -protected amino acids or peptides as carboxylic acid starting materials to Ugi-4CR to form tert-butoxycarbonyl (Boc) -protected boron-containing peptide precursor in microwave heating. And in this research, it mainly discusses its condition and synthesis. The picture below is the synthesis strategy of this research. (Scheme 1)
