本研究旨在研究壽險業教育訓練成效評鑑,以教育訓練滿意度、學習目標達成度及工作行為改變度為評鑑指標,針對保誠人壽新秀進階班的教育訓練成效,進行實施問卷調查,探討受訓員工、受訓員工主管及授課講師的意見,並了解講師授課滿意度與學習目標達成度的相關性,及比較受訓員工及授課講師在學習目標達成度的意見差異。 本研究寄發出855份問卷,回收664問卷,回收率為77.7%。研究結果發現新秀進階班教育訓練成效之整體平均數為4.30(大於4),在教育訓練滿意度方面,受訓員工自我評估的平均數為4.44;在學習目標達成度方面,受訓員工的平均數為4.41,授課講師的平均數為4.30;在工作行為改變度方面,受訓員工主管評估的平均數為4.05。整體而言,受訓員工、受訓員工主管及授課講師均同意受訓員工參與保誠人壽新秀進階班整體成效佳。本研究並對保誠人壽及後續研究分別提出建議。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the training effectiveness of Insurance Industry. The investigation is conducted by questionnaire survey. The questionnaire comprised of three parts (1) degree of training satisfaction, (2) degree of attainment of learning abjective, (3) degree of change behavior. The rearch questionnaires are sent to 855 subjects and 664 are returned with 77.7% rate of reture. The research analyzes the data of the questionnaire by statistics package software SPSS and abtain the results of training evaluation. The results show that the overall effectiveness of the SR-Middle Course of PCA Life Assurance is positive. Finally, the research draws the conclusions and suggestions to PCA Life Assurance and further study.
