遊戲教學促進幼兒創造力發展之行動研究-以遊戲屋經營方案為例

本研究旨在探討遊戲教學促進幼兒創造力發展之行動研究的學習成效，藉此探究遊戲教學之實施歷程、幼兒創造力之成效及教師教學行動省思與專業成長。首先，本研究採用行動研究法，實施對象為研究者任教的幼兒園班級，該班參與本次研究的幼兒共有十一人。以混齡的分班方式，進行為期四週的幼兒創造力課程的遊戲教學，藉由繪本對話觀察紀錄、幼兒遊戲對話觀察記錄、幼兒繪本學習單、幼兒聯想單及遊戲屋創造力量表等資料，進行分析與探討幼兒創造力的學習。其次，本研究在以遊戲教學實施幼兒玩創造力課程的學習，發現到遊戲教學模式應依主題進行動態調整，可採用多元遊戲方式,給予幼兒充裕的時間自主遊戲、自發探索的時間，可以提供幼兒園在未來推動幼兒教學與實踐的參考。第三，本研究在以遊戲教學實施幼兒玩創造力課程的學習成效，研究結果發現遊戲教學能改變幼兒的認知概念，獲得情緒滿足，增強生活經驗的連結，有效增進幼兒創造力之成效，可以提供幼兒園未來在推動幼兒創造力課程教學與實踐的參考。最後，本研究的行動歷程，由研究者收集在任教的幼兒學習過程、學習資料、教學遇到的難題，與幼兒學習成果分析，研究者統整資料分析，歸納以遊戲教學實施幼兒玩創造力課程的學習，應重視學習主題內容和幼兒學習經驗彈性應用，教師可以同時精進課程設計能力與教學知能，在教師自我專業成長及教學改進的省思，可以提供幼兒園未來在推動幼兒教學與實踐的參考。
