遊戲教學促進幼兒創造力發展之行動研究-以遊戲屋經營方案為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討遊戲教學促進幼兒創造力發展之行動研究的學習 成效,藉此探究遊戲教學之實施歷程、幼兒創造力之成效及教師教學 行動省思與專業成長。 首先,本研究採用行動研究法,實施對象為研究者任教的幼兒園 班級,該班參與本次研究的幼兒共有十一人。以混齡的分班方式,進 行為期四週的幼兒創造力課程的遊戲教學,藉由繪本對話觀察紀錄、 幼兒遊戲對話觀察記錄、幼兒繪本學習單、幼兒聯想單及遊戲屋創造 力量表等資料,進行分析與探討幼兒創造力的學習。 其次,本研究在以遊戲教學實施幼兒玩創造力課程的學習,發現 到遊戲教學模式應依主題進行動態調整,可採用多元遊戲方式,給予 幼兒充裕的時間自主遊戲、自發探索的時間,可以提供幼兒園在未來 推動幼兒教學與實踐的參考。 第三,本研究在以遊戲教學實施幼兒玩創造力課程的學習成效, 研究結果發現遊戲教學能改變幼兒的認知概念,獲得情緒滿足,增強 生活經驗的連結,有效增進幼兒創造力之成效,可以提供幼兒園未來 在推動幼兒創造力課程教學與實踐的參考。 最後,本研究的行動歷程,由研究者收集在任教的幼兒學習過 程、學習資料、教學遇到的難題,與幼兒學習成果分析,研究者統整 資料分析,歸納以遊戲教學實施幼兒玩創造力課程的學習,應重視學 習主題內容和幼兒學習經驗彈性應用,教師可以同時精進課程設計能 力與教學知能,在教師自我專業成長及教學改進的省思,可以提供幼 兒園未來在推動幼兒教學與實踐的參考。

The purpose of this research is to explore the learning effectiveness of action research that play teaching promotes the development of children's creativity, so as to explore the implementation process of play teaching, the effectiveness of children's creativity, and teachers' teaching action reflection and professional growth. First of all, this study adopts the action research method, and the object of implementation is the kindergarten class taught by the researcher. There are eleven children in this class who participated in the study. A four-week course of children’s creativity is taught in a mixed-age class. Through the use of picture book dialogue observation records, children’s game dialogue observation records, children’s picture book learning sheets, children’s association sheets and playhouse creation power scales, etc. Analyze and explore the learning of children's creativity. Secondly, this research uses game teaching to implement children's III creativity course learning, and found that the game teaching mode should be dynamically adjusted according to the theme, and multiple game methods can be used to give children plenty of time for independent play and spontaneous exploration, which can provide Kindergartens promote the reference of children's teaching and practice in the future. Thirdly, this research is about the effectiveness of children’s creativity courses implemented with play teaching. The results of the study found that play teaching can change children’s cognitive concepts, obtain emotional satisfaction, enhance the connection of life experience, and effectively enhance the effectiveness of children’s creativity. Provide a reference for kindergartens to promote the teaching and practice of children's creativity courses in the future. Finally, in the course of action of this research, the researcher collects the learning process, learning materials, and teaching problems encountered by the children who are teaching, and analyzes the learning results of the children, the researcher integrates the data analysis, and summarizes the implementation of children's creativity in play teaching In curriculum learning, attention should be paid to the content of learning topics and the flexible application of children’s learning experience. Teachers can improve curriculum design and teaching knowledge at the same time, and reflect on teachers’ self-professional growth and teaching improvement, which can provide kindergartens with the future in promoting children’s teaching and practice. reference.
