關聯式法則在子宮內膜異位臨床病徵的應用

摘要
隨著醫學技術日漸成熟，使得醫療品質在治療成效評估、復發評估及併發症的鑑別診斷上扮演相當重要的角色。但由於醫學資料型態具有多樣且複雜的特性，經由主觀的判讀可能造成結果的偏差，對醫療決策具有一定的影響力，所以選擇適當的資料分析方法有其必要性。 在策略選擇的過程中，我們可以發現以類別化的資料型態較能幫助決策之決定，順應科技的進步，使得我們可以結合醫療及科技，藉由現有的病歷資料，經過資料探勘方式分析來找出特定病症中的相關性，進而歸納出有用的特徵及挖掘出隱藏的資訊。 因此在本論文中，主要利用關聯式法則與決策樹針對子宮內膜異位此種病症與不孕症及子宮內膜異與酒精治療間的關聯性做分析，分析記錄所得之醫療相關資料，進而找出隱藏於其中的資訊，發掘出有用的知識，提供醫師在進行醫療行為時的參考。

Is mature day after day along with the medicine technology, it causes the medical quality in the treatment result to appraise, to recur in the appraisal and the illness complication distinct diagnosis acts the quite important role. But because the medicine material condition has diverse and complex characteristic, by way of subjective interprets possibly occur the result has deviation, it has the certain influence to the medical decision-making, therefore the choice suitable data analysis method has its necessity. In the device choice process, we may discover the categorical data type can help decision the policy-making comparatively; Complied with technical the progress, we could combine the medical and technology, and by way of the existing medical record data, through the data analysis to found the specific illness' relevance, further to be induced the useful characteristic and find the hideaway information. Therefore in this paper, we were mainly makes the analysis in view of the correlation between Endometriosis and Infertility, and the correlation between Endometriosis and the ethyl alcohol treatment by using Association rule and Decision tree, analyzes the record obtained medical service correlation data, then find the hidden information, mining the useful knowledge, finally to provides doctor the reference on medical.
