隔離式直流對直流電源模組設計

摘要


以往應用於實驗設備上的直流電源供應器,一般為線性穩壓式的直流電源供應器,其設備不但體積及重量均很大,而且轉換效率差及功耗大,本文針對此設備設計為(非線性隔離型交換式功率級電源模組設計),整體設計為體積小,重量輕,轉換效率高及功耗小。 本文設計的主要內容, 主要針對於(48Vdc)輸入並轉換為0Vdc ~~60Vdc(直流寬電壓輸出範圍),及輸出(0~~10A)之輸出工作電流的限制範圍,並可設計定功率之限制範圍(論文內容暫訂定功率100W之功率級電源模組),此高功率電源模組使用的主電源迴路為全橋相移之架構(Phase-Shifted Full Bridge DC/DC Power converter),且其輔助電源設計為高頻切換返馳式架構(High Frequence Flyback DC/DC Power converter),兩者的搭配組合成一個高功率電源模組,其主電源輸出迴授控制電路可搭配使用FPGA或MCU的控制模組來達成數位式控制迴路。 此設計的主要目的為設計體積小,重量輕,轉換效率高及功耗小的高功率電源模組,可成為任意系統的電源供應系統模組,提昇高功率電源模組設計的優越性能!!

In the past, the DC power supply used in the experimental equipment is generally a linear regulated DC power supply. The equipment is not only large in size and weight, but also has poor conversion efficiency and large power consumption. This paper is designed for this equipment as ( Non-linear isolated switching power stage power module design), the overall design is small in size, light in weight, high in conversion efficiency and low in power consumption. The main content designed in this paper is mainly aimed at (48Vdc) input and converted to 0Vdc ~ 60Vdc (DC wide voltage output range), and the output current limit range of output (0 ~ 10A), and can design constant power Restricted scope (the content of the paper tentatively specifies a power stage power module with a power of 100W), the main power loop used by this high-power power module is a full-bridge phase-shifted structure (Phase-Shifted Full Bridge DC/DC Power converter), and The auxiliary power supply is designed as a high frequency switching flyback DC/DC Power converter. The combination of the two forms a high-power power supply module. The main power output feedback control circuit can be matched with FPGA or MCU. The control module to achieve a digital control loop. The main purpose of this design is to design a high-power power module with small size, light weight, high conversion efficiency and low power consumption, which can become the power supply system module of any system and improve the superior performance of high-power power module design!!
