摘要


現今台灣自行車產業無論是自有品牌、代工、甚至零組件在世界佔有舉足輕重的腳色,完整且高品質的上、中、下游供應鏈及組裝廠造就了台灣腳踏車王國的美譽。 本研究目的係利用TRIZ理論中39項工程參數與矛盾矩陣解決設計問題。主要在設計初期以關鍵字進行相關專利之探勘作為日後的專利迴避參考,再探討39項工程參數中可改善與加強組裝結構與強度項目並利用矛盾矩陣中40個發明原理取得最佳的解決方案,目的在於利用系統且具效率的方式取代傳統腦力激盪,設計過程首先需對初期所探詢之相關專利進行設計迴避以不致衍伸專利侵權問題,並系統性的利用EVT、DVT及PVT的研發階段對所導入的解決方案進行產品的設計認證與驗證是否符合設計初期所訂定的規格。 本研究驗證可透過TRIZ 方法的思考概念取代傳統式創意發想原則進行新產品的創新設計,並可在系統功能概念的產生階段不僅可大幅提升效率、降低所需時間與人力並系統性的發掘最佳解決方法。

Nowadays Taiwan's bicycle industry including own brand, ODM, OEM even accessory vendors an important role in the world. The completeness of high quality upstream, middlestream and downstream supply chain as well as assembly plant earn the high reputation as bicycle kingdom for Taiwan. This thesis aims to make the use of TRIZ theory's 39 items of engineering parameters and contradiction matrix to solve the design problems. It mainly use keywords to search for related patents as reference for design around during the preliminary design phase, and further discuss items of 39 engineering parameters that could improve and strengthen assembly structure, then make use of the 40 inventive theory in contradiction matrix to achieve the best solution plan. The purpose is to use systematic and high-efficiency method in replace of traditional brainstorming. The design process needs to study and survey related patents to avoid patent infringement, and systematically use EVT, DVT and PVT design phase to verify product meet the initial design standard and specifications. This thesis proves that the innovative design concept of new products can be created through TRIZ‘s creative thinking instead of the traditional brainstorming; which can significantly improve the efficiency of new concept’s creation, reduce the manpower and time required, and find the suitable solutions.
