品管圈應用於背投影顯示螢幕製程良率提昇之研究

摘要


近年來背投影顯示屏幕之需求受到市場競爭、液晶螢幕技術的發展與大視角、高對比、高亮度、產品輕薄等特性,加上其他如LED顯示產品的急起直追,背投顯示器市場受到極大影響。雖然背投影顯示屏幕之技術有所提昇,且背投影顯示屏幕在70”16:9 產品之性價表現與無拚接縫之技術優於液晶電視,但整體經營環境已日趨困難。 然而技術的提昇雖然是開拓市場的方式之一,但高品質之產品亦能提高公司形象、減少客戶爭議與降低品質成本之發生。為能解決產品品質之問題,改善品質管理手法中以品管圈為業界常用之工具。因此本研究主要針對個案公司,運用文獻分析,以品質機能展開之方式確認客戶之需求,並透過人、機、料、法、環境、量測等方式,畫出Fresnel與Lenticular產品之特性要因圖。接著透過品質推昇之目標設定與企業資源調整分配,強化競爭核心,發展企業關鍵成功因素。最後透過個案公司之品管圈逐階段進行,期能降低生產成本、確保企業得以永續經營。

In recent years ,Rear Projection Display requirement not only attacked by market competition , development of LCD technologies such as : wide angle, high contrast, more brightness ,thickness, but also LED display products. It bring deep decrease about Rear Projection Display market share. Although the technology, 70” 16:9 price performance ratio,seamless splice of the Rear Projection Display has improved, but the overall operating environment has become increasingly difficult. Although to improve technology is the one of the ways to open up market, but high quality product also can improve the company's image, Reduce customer disputes and lower quality cost. To solve the problem of product quality ,QCC is one of the commonly used tools in quality improvement. Therefore, this study focuses on the case of a company and collect the relevant information, using QFD to find out customer requirement. By the way of 5M1E to get the cause and effect diagram of Fresnel and Lenticular. And then through the goal of quality promotion and enterprise resource allocation , strengthen the core of competition, the development of enterprice key success factors. Finally, through QCC step by step, expect to reduce production cost and ensure that enterprises to be sustainable.
